His practice focuses on M&A, construction and development, real estate, warehousing, banking and finance, and private equity. Abhishek advises clients such as private equity funds, private credit funds, distressed/special-situation funds, lenders, developers, landowners, and high net worth individuals on construction and development projects, real estate investment, joint ventures, and acquisition transactions across the real estate sector – including special economic zones, retail malls, commercial, office, warehousing, hospitality and residential matters throughout India.
