Abhishek advises clients such as private equity funds, distressed assets acquisition funds, special-situation funds, lenders, developers, landowners, and high-net-worth individuals on construction and development projects, real estate investment, joint ventures, and acquisition transactions across the real estate sector – including special economic zones, retail malls, commercial, office, warehousing, hospitality and residential matters throughout India.
