Gaurav Priyadarshi is a partner at AZB & Partners. With over 13 years’ experience, he is part of the firm’s corporate/M&A and banking and finance team. He advises Indian and international clients, including banks, financial institutions, corporate groups and debt funds, on a broad range of commercial contracts and financing transactions across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, services and telecom. He has significant experience in structuring and documenting debt investments, asset monetisation and external commercial borrowings, and regularly advises on the structuring, documentation and execution of a wide range of financing and commercial arrangements, both in India and internationally.
