About Kamal Shankar

Kamal Shankar is a partner in the dispute resolution team of the Delhi office of AZB & Partners. Kamal has about 20 years of experience in a wide array of corporate and commercial disputes, and has extensive experience in conducting trials of complex white-collar crimes. Kamal has advised and represented large corporations and directors/promoters in courts across the country in relation to a wide variety of white-collar crimes arising under the general penal laws, as well as under special penal statutes, such as offences pertaining to money laundering, foreign exchange violations and corruption cases. He has also assisted investigation agencies tasked with investigation of corporate crimes regarding procedural manuals of investigation.
