He has advised on some of the most complex merger control proceedings involving domestic as well as multinational conglomerates, private equity investors and management funds. He has also been involved in investigations/appeals into cartels, vertical restraints, and abuse of dominance. He regularly advises clients on various contentious and non-contentious competition law issues in the digital markets, alcoholic beverages, glass manufacturing, FMCG, banking and insurance, and other industries.
