About Nivedita Mukhija

Nivedita Mukhija is a senior associate at AZB & Partners, whose primary areas of focus include white-collar crime and litigation. She has frequently assisted in defending clients against investigation and prosecution of offences relating to money laundering, corruption and foreign exchange management. She is a graduate of the National Law School of India University and of Columbia Law School. She is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, and has also cleared the New York Bar Examination. She has previously published on issues relating to judicial reform, constitutional law and criminal procedure.
