About Nikita Agarwal

Nikita Agarwal is a senior associate in the competition practice group at AZB & Partners, based in Delhi NCR. Nikita has represented clients in the automobile, pharmaceutical, agrochemical, e-commerce, oil and gas, FMCG, and steel sectors in merger control transactions and behavioural investigations before the CCI, COMPAT and the NCLAT. She played a key role in securing CCI approval for the award-winning GlaxoSmithKline acquisition of Pfizer’s global consumer health business, and the subsequent restructuring of this business into a listed company, Haleon. She regularly advises on various contentious and non-contentious competition law issues, including compliance mandates.
