About Shubhangni Jain

Shubhangni Jain is a senior associate with the dispute resolution team at AZB & Partners, specialising in white collar crime, technology law and litigation. She has appeared in a number of landmark cases before the Supreme Court of India and the High Courts, including a recent judgment of the Supreme Court wherein it laid down the Draft Rules of Criminal Practice, 2021 to be adopted by the High Courts across the country and the state governments. She also represents clients before various courts in commercial disputes including construction arbitrations, regulatory disputes, and technology law-related disputes. Shubhangni graduated in 2016 and is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
