About Suharsh Sinha

Suharsh Sinha is a partner in the Mumbai office. He specialises in R&I, banking and finance, and structured finance. He was an advisor to the Bankruptcy Law Reforms Committee which was instrumental in drafting India’s Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. He has advised on some of the largest and most complex special situations and restructuring processes in India, including Essar Steel, Dewan Housing, Jet Airways, Reliance Capital, Reliance Communications, SREI, Go First and many others. He is qualified to practice law in India and New York and registered as an English solicitor.
