About Suharsh Sinha

Suharsh Sinha is a partner in the Mumbai office of AZB & Partners. He specialises in R&I, banking and finance, and structured finance. He was an adviser to the Bankruptcy Law Reforms Committee, which was instrumental in drafting India’s Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. He has advised on some of the largest and most complex special situations and restructuring processes in India, including Essar Steel, Dewan Housing, Jet Airways, Reliance Capital, Reliance Communications, SREI, Go First and many others. He is qualified to practise law in India and New York and is registered as an English solicitor.
