With over 17 years’ experience, she advises Indian and international clients on various acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments in companies in India across a multitude of industries and sectors, such as manufacturing, real estate (industrial parks, special economic zones, hotels, townships, etc), e-commerce, education, renewable energy projects and non-banking financial companies, as well as on structuring of these investments.
