About Priyanka Shetty

Priyanka Shetty has over 15 years of experience and is a partner in the dispute resolution team at AZB & Partners. She has advised and represented clients in investment treaty and commercial arbitrations under the rules of all the major arbitral institutions. She regularly advises and represents aircraft/engine lessors, and airlines on a variety of aviation disputes, including insolvency proceedings, arbitration and litigation on account of contractual defaults under lease agreements, repossession of aircraft, etc. She is the regional representative for Young ICCA, the India Committee Member of the International Centre for Resolution of Disputes and a Steering Committee Member for Pledge India. She was recently nominated for India Female Lawyer of the Year by Asia Legal Business.
