Rishabh Jain is an associate in the competition practice group at AZB & Partners and is based in Delhi NCR. He has advised on some of the most complex merger control proceedings involving private equity funds, mutual funds, power, international freight, and pharmaceutical industries in India. He has also been involved in investigations/appeals into cartels, vertical restraints, and abuse of dominance concerning the remote technology services, smart TV, broadcasting services, and chemicals sectors. He regularly advises clients on various contentious and non-contentious competition law issues in the digital sector, alcohol, pharmaceutical, cement, and other industries.
