About Toshit Shandilya

Toshit Shandilya is a partner in the competition team at AZB & Partners and is based in Delhi. Toshit brings 11 years of diverse experience in both behavioural and transactional cases. He has been involved in various precedent-setting matters before the CCI, appellate tribunals and various courts, which has included representing companies such as Google, Coal India and Star India against allegations of abuse of dominance; representing Vodafone before the CCI and the Bombay High Court in quashing of cartel proceedings; and advising on the global merger of Holcim and Lafarge, Disney’s acquisition of 21 Century Fox, and the merger of Videocon D2H and Dish TV.
