About Federico Galceran Bonasso

Federico Galceran Bonasso leads the compliance department at Innovation Legal / Tax / Tech. Federico has extensive experience in complex regulatory matters for the prevention of money laundering and has conducted several corporate due diligence processes. His regular practice includes providing legal advice to multinationals and to start-ups in their structuring and capital raising processes. He also has experience in international corporate and succession structures, covering business companies and trusts in America, Europe and Asia. He graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Montevideo (2019), has specialised in the prevention of money laundering (Uruguayan Association of Compliance, 2022) and has completed business management programmes at IEEM Business School.
