About Josefina Gomez

Josefina Gomez is a key member of the legal team at the Innovation Group where she leads legal consultations for various companies involved in intricate, cross-border operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In her role as a corporate and commercial law advisor, she oversees the drafting, approval and negotiation of commercial agreements. Additionally, she manages aspects of intellectual property protection, including IP strategies, trade mark registrations, patent applications and copyright conflicts. She graduated with a degree in Law from the University of the Republic (2018) and has completed the Postgraduate Programme for Corporate Legal Advisory at the University of Montevideo (UM).
