About Santiago Gortari

Santiago Gortari is a lawyer who graduated from the University of Montevideo (2013) and achieved his MBA at EAE, Madrid (2021). He has extensive experience in advising local and international clients on corporate structuring, fiduciary, banking, compliance (KYC–AML), estate planning and tax matters. As head of the Corporate and Private Wealth Law practice at Innovation Legal | Tax | Tech, he advises a portfolio of clients located in eight different countries, including corporate clients and UHNW individuals. In recent years, he has specialised in advising start-ups and technology companies in general on various matters such as international corporate structuring, capital raising and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) to attract and retain talent.
