About Santiago Gortari Scheck

Santiago Gortari Scheck is the head of the corporate and private wealth law department at Innovation Legal / Tax / Tech and advises clients across eight countries, including corporate entities and ultra high net worth individuals. Specialising in start-ups and technology firms, he provides guidance on international corporate structuring, capital raising, and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) to attract and retain talent. He has a Law degree from the University of Montevideo (2013) and an MBA from EAE Business School, Madrid (2021). He also obtained the STEPs Certificate in International Trust Management in 2017 and a Diploma in International Trust Management in 2018.
