About Santiago Giallorenzo

Santiago Giallorenzo is a certified public accountant who graduated from the University of Montevideo (2011) and achieved his MBA at IE Business School, Madrid (2016). He has extensive experience in advising local and international clients on corporate structuring, fiduciary, banking, estate, tax and financial planning. He is responsible for the operations of Innovation Legal | Tax | Tech, advising a portfolio of clients located in eight different countries, including corporate clients and UHNW individuals. In recent years, he has specialised in advising start-ups and technology companies in general on various matters such as international corporate structuring, capital raising, business internationalisation, and tax-financial planning.
