Coen van der Mark
is a senior associate at the firm. He obtained a Master of Law degree from Erasmus University, Rotterdam in 2008; in 2015, he completed a post-doctoral specialisation programme in corporate and business law at the Grotius Academy. Coen's key practice area is (international) business law. He mainly specialises in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and commercial transactions, advising multinationals, medium-sized companies and private equity of different sizes. He has wide experience in providing expert assistance for (international) acquisitions and advice in connection with corporate structures. He is a member of the Dutch Bar Association.
