About Friederike Henke

Friederike Henke read law in Maastricht (the Netherlands) and Saarbrücken (Germany) and has been a lawyer in the Netherlands since 2006. In 2010, she was admitted to the German Bar, following which she joined the Cologne Bar as a Rechtsanwältin (lawyer). At BUREN, she specialises in international corporate law, M&A, financing, reorganisation, and restructuring. Friederike advises both multinationals and mid-sized companies in international transactions and procedures, and in their daily legal work. She is treasurer of the Dutch chapter of the German lawyers association (DAV Niederlande) and a member of the German–Dutch Attorneys Association as well as the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
