About Glen Jennings

Glen Jennings is counsel at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP. Over the past three decades, Glen has represented corporations and executives in some of Canada’s most significant white-collar cases. He has regularly provided legal compliance guidance to many of the largest corporations in the world. Glen has represented large multinational companies in complex, multiyear litigation, as well as conducting significant securities and regulatory litigation. His practice spans a wide range of regulatory and criminal matters at both the trial and appellate levels, with a focus on domestic and foreign corruption, complex tax issues, fraud, environmental, money laundering, internal investigations and antitrust and securities matters. He has extensive experience in corporate risk and compliance.
