About Érik Arsenault

Érik Arsenault is an associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP practicing criminal and civil litigation. Érik completed his articles as a law clerk of the Court of Appeal for Ontario and then served as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada. Érik received various awards, including the Lieutenant Governor’s Silver Medal for the highest GPA. While at law school, he competed in the Jessup Moot and the Sopinka Cup in trial advocacy. Érik earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (hons) in Finance and Marketing from the University of New Brunswick. Érik is a member of The Advocates’ Society, Criminal Lawyers’ Association, and l’Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario.
