About Esther Mont Soria

Esther Mont Soria focuses on advising private companies and family offices on business, commercial and contractual matters, including corporate structuring and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. She supports partners in M&A transactions, including the co-ordination of due diligence processes, and advises on corporate disputes, shareholders’ agreements, financing arrangements and complex technical contracts. She also provides ongoing legal advice to regulated vehicles and other venture capital entities, and has experience in financing and refinancing transactions, including alternative financing structures.
