About Miguel Bolivar Tejedo

Miguel Bolivar Tejedo focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He regularly advises domestic and international clients on cross-border transactions, due diligence, restructurings and joint ventures across multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, Miguel regularly advises on financing, corporate governance and commercial matters. Before joining Anaford, he worked at a leading Spanish law firm. Miguel combines his practice with academia, teaching at EDEM University and on the International Business Law Master's at Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU, and regularly participates as a speaker at seminars in his areas of expertise.
