About Dilys Tan

Dilys Tan is a partner in Adnan Sundra & Low’s capital markets and banking and finance practice group. She is primarily involved in corporate banking and finance, and in debt capital markets work, where she advises local and foreign financial institutions in bilateral and syndicated banking transactions (both conventional and Islamic), project financing transactions, debt capital market issuances (both conventional and Islamic), government-guaranteed debt issuances by government-linked companies, perpetual securities issuances and asset-backed securitisation transactions (involving various assets such as hire purchase receivables, real property and debt receivables). Dilys was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2005 and to the Malaysian Bar in 2006.
