About Leong Yew Seng

Leong Yew Seng graduated from University of Liverpool with LLB (Hons) degree in 2012 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2014. He joined Adnan Sundra & Low as a legal associate in 2018 and was promoted to junior partner in 2023. Yew Seng’s practice focuses on banking, finance and debt capital markets. On the banking and finance front, he has advised local and foreign financial institutions as well as corporates on a variety of transactions, including club deals, syndication, offshore loans, project finance and Islamic finance. His debt capital markets experience includes conventional and Islamic private debt securities, perpetual securities and asset-backed securitisation.
