About Shelina Razaly Wahi

Shelina Razaly Wahi is a partner at Abdullah Chan & Co, focusing primarily on commercial aviation including acquisitions, finance and operating leases and sale/leaseback transactions. Her team also works with clients in the general aviation sphere – on acquisitions and disposals, financing and regulatory matters. In addition to legal practice, Shelina is currently the founding Secretary of the Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association, as well as the Secretary of the Business Aviation Association, and assists member companies in their dealings with government agencies, banks and other industry stakeholders. Shelina graduated from the University of Bristol and is a barrister of Lincoln’s Inn, England.
