About Chris McKibbin

Chris McKibbin is a partner with Stieber Berlach LLP. His practice focuses on fidelity and commercial crime insurance, financial institution bonds and fraud recovery, as well as complex non-fidelity coverage matters and the defence of insureds under E&O liability policies. He has handled most significant fidelity claims in Canada since his Call to the Bar in 2003. Chambers and Partners ranks Chris in Insurance: Dispute Resolution (Canada) (2023-present). He is a co-author of the American Bar Association text, Handling Fidelity Bond Claims (3rd edition), the leading reference work in the field.
