About Avi Sharabi

Avi Sharabi is a partner with Stieber Berlach LLP, is co-chair of the firm’s insurance coverage practice group and is an experienced civil litigator. He provides coverage and monitoring advice to both domestic and London Market insurers across a wide range of policies. He also represents insurers in coverage litigation. Avi has appeared on behalf of insurers at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as in arbitrations. A significant part of Avi’s practice is devoted to defending professionals in liability claims. He also frequently represents corporations organisations and boards under directors and officers’ liability policies. Additionally, Avi maintains a broad tort liability practice.
