She has worked on various commercial law matters, including the following: providing advice on contracts and leases, including conveyancing; providing general advice concerning Foreign Exchange Control regulations, insurance law, labour and industrial relations law, banking and finance, aviation law and environmental law; drafting various commercial documents for clients, including shareholders agreements, management agreements, lease agreements, memoranda of understanding and general commercial agreements; and providing general commercial advice under the laws of Papua New Guinea. Alison is a member of the Law Society of Papua New Guinea.
