About Colin Keefe

Colin Keefe is the deputy managing shareholder of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and corporate transactions, with an emphasis on seller-side representation in eight- and nine-figure strategic and private equity transactions involving national and international buyers. He also represents banks and financial institutions in complex commercial financings, and advises clients on construction contracts, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and general corporate matters. Before returning to the Lehigh Valley, Colin practised with a large Manhattan law firm representing lenders in project and acquisition finance transactions. He is admitted in Pennsylvania and New York.
