Guillermo Chahuán Chahuán
is a senior associate at Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados. He focuses his practice on criminal law, civil litigation, and administrative law. He has participated in white-collar crime cases and securities regulation, among other matters. Mr Chahuán graduated from Universidad de Chile Law School with the highest honours. He obtained a Master’s degree in advanced legal sciences at Pompeu Fabra University, and a Master’s degree in criminal law and criminal sciences at the University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University. He works as a visiting professor of criminal law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and was assistant professor of criminal law at Universidad de Chile.
