About Rodrigo Saraiva Garcia

Rodrigo Saraiva Garcia is a partner at Galdino, Pimenta, Takemi, Ayoub, Salgueiro, Rezende de Almeida Advogados. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, in Corporate and Economic Activities, is a Doctor of Laws candidate at the University of São Paulo, in the area of Commercial Law, and was a visiting researcher at Fordham University. Rodrigo works on behalf of debtors and creditors in restructuring proceedings, as well as investors interested in acquiring distressed assets. Rodrigo is also a Fellow from the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals and a member of the Editorial Committee of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Brazil.
