Gary Li is a partner in DaHui Lawyers’ corporate/M&A and private equity/venture capital practice groups. Gary has substantial experience advising both international and Chinese clients on complex M&A, venture capital and private equity financing transactions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Before joining DaHui Lawyers, Gary worked at top PRC and US law firms for several years.
