About Mei Zhang

Mei Zhang is a partner in DaHui Lawyers’ tax team, with more than 16 years’ experience in PRC and US tax, providing consulting and compliance services to clients in different industries, including finance, technology media and communications (TMT), internet, automobile manufacturing and biopharmaceuticals. She advises many multinational companies investing in China with tax matters relating to investment, restructuring, M&A, cross-border transactions, accounting and business consulting, etc. Mei also advises HNW individuals, and provides US tax declaration and compliance services for US companies and individuals. Before joining DaHui, she worked for Ernst & Young in New York and Beijing.
