About Giulio Pascali

Giulio Pascali is a senior associate at Studio Prosperetti and has over 14 years of experience in advising clients in advanced privacy management, copyright law, business contracts, and administrative and civil litigation. He collaborates with the chairs of legal informatics at LUISS and Unitelma Universities. He is the author of publications and studies on privacy, copyright law and electronic communications. Giulio graduated with a degree in Law from LUISS “Guido Carli” University (2009) and subsequently obtained a postgraduate degree in IP and Competition and Communications. In addition to Italian, he is fluent in English.
