is a senior associate who has been part of the IT practice of the firm since 2009. He practises in IT, competition, privacy, TMT, copyright, administrative and start-up law. Giulio is a member of the Rome Bar (2012) and is a teaching assistant at LUISS University Law School and Unitelma Law School. He is specialised in antitrust and IP and has been a consultant for AGCOM (Communications) on broadband regulation. He is a DPO for several government entities based in Rome. His publications include: Commentary to the new Consumer Rights Decree (CEDAM, 2014) and Data retention after the declaration of nullity of Directive 2006/24/CE (ClioEdu, 2015).
