is an associate who qualified to the Bar in 2019. His practice focuses mainly on personal data protection and the scope of privacy. He is a PhD Student at the University of Rome (Europea) focusing his activity on law and new technologies. He is also an assistant to the chair of commercial law at the Law School of the University of Rome (Unicusano), Eugenio Prosperetti. Davide has done postgraduate work on case C-210/16 in the light of GDPR (joint controllers and the one-stop-shop mechanism).
