Eugenio Prosperetti is a founder and partner at Studio Prosperetti. He has been assisting Italian and foreign clients in key IT sectors for over 20 years in matters including complex cloud platforms, privacy and commercial data management, television regulation and electronic satellite communications, digital payment systems, data management and services in artificial intelligence systems, antitrust compliance, e-government platforms, and public procurement and in related administrative and civil litigation and to independent authorities. He teaches at LUISS “Guido Carli” Business Law and Algorithm and Data Management Law. Over the years, he has provided government and legislative drafting assistance to numerous commissions on IT matters.
