Eugenio is an adjunct professor of the LUISS University Law School and of the Unicusano Law School. He founded the IT practice of the firm. He has been a consultant for the Italian government, specifically the Ministry of Communications, AGID (Digital Agency) and AGCOM (Communications) on e-government and IT legal matters. His publications include: Digital Works Between Market and Regulation (Giappichelli, 2012); Big Data Algorithms and Competition (Giuffré, 2017); Access Right and Algorithms in Judicial Proceedings (Diritto dell’Informazione e dell’Informatica, 2019); and E-ID in Internet Law (Giuffré, 2020, tpb).
