Dr Michał Mostowik is an attorney and managing associate at Deloitte Legal. He is an expert in digital finance, open banking, data governance and technology law. With over a decade of experience, he advises top banks, acquirers, infrastructure providers and technology companies. Michał advises clients on DORA, PSD2, AML and GDPR audits, open banking, fintech regulations and licensing, M&A and cybersecurity.
