About Michał Mostowik

Michał Mostowik is the leader of Deloitte Legal’s fintech and technology practice in Poland. He is an attorney with strong expertise in digital finance, AI and data regulations, cybersecurity and technology law. With over a decade of experience, he advises top banks, acquirers, infrastructure providers and technology companies. He supports clients on AI Act, DORA, PSD2, AML, the GDPR and open banking, as well as on tech M&A and regulatory compliance. He has advised the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs on local transposition of the AI Act. He has also contributed to legislative efforts and assisted clients in proceedings before regulatory bodies (including the KNF and the NBP).
