About Carla S. Pingul

Carla S. Pingul is a partner at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia, specialising in arbitration, data privacy, tax, and banking litigation, as well as trial advocacy and appellate practice. She has represented clients before the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the International Chamber of Commerce, and various arbitration bodies in disputes involving government infrastructure and energy contracts. A member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a trained arbitrator with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., she also serves as a senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law, teaching remedial law.
