About Christianne Grace F. Salonga

Christianne Grace F. Salonga is a senior associate of Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia’s corporate and commercial law group. Her practice areas include capital markets, securities regulations, competition, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. She has acted as counsel to issuers and underwriters for initial public offerings and follow-on offerings. She has contributed to international memorandums on shareholding disclosure and investment limitation regimes, and on pre-insolvency enforceability of derivative transactions for the Philippines. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Law School of Ateneo de Manila University, and earned her Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney, Australia.
