Michał Wielhorski is an attorney-at-law and a managing partner at act legal Poland, with 20 years’ experience in real estate law handling countless mandates in this sector. Michał advises on all types of real estate projects from the corporate, transactional and tax perspectives. He works primarily with large developers, guiding clients through all stages of the investment process (including due diligence, permits/licences, financing and sale). Michał assists clients in the negotiation and execution of real estate sale agreements, construction works agreements, service agreements (including with architects and other experts), and infrastructure agreements. He also advises on the leasing process, negotiating and executing major lease agreements for retail and office space.
