About Arturo Garnham

Arturo Garnham is a lawyer and founding partner at Garnham Abogados, after spending most of his career in international professional service firms. He has extensive experience in advising clients on tax planning and structuring but now focuses on resolving tax disputes. Arturo taught tax law at Universidad Diego Portales for 15 years and has taught at the Graduate Tax Program (MDGT) of Universidad Adolfo Ibañez since 2009, later becoming its Academic Director. He has been recognised as a leading tax lawyer by several publications and directories for over 20 years. Arturo is in the last stage of a postgraduate programme in tax audit and tax litigation.
