About Daniela Gazmuri Larraín

Daniela Gazmuri Larraín is a partner at Garnham Abogados and leads the corporate and M&A practice. She advises on complex M&A transactions, securities matters, business reorganisations, corporate governance, compliance and financial regulation. Admitted in 2011, Daniela earned her law degree with highest honours from Universidad de los Andes and holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University (NYU). Before joining the firm, she was a corporate associate at Noguera, Larraín & Dulanto. Alongside her transactional practice, Daniela teaches Commercial Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
