About Ian Hinzpeter

Ian Hinzpeter is an associate at Garnham Abogados, focusing on the corporate and M&A practice. He supports the team in advising clients on general corporate matters, mergers and complex commercial transactions. Ian obtained his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2023, having served for four years as a teaching assistant in Economic Law. Before joining the firm, he developed a strong analytical background as a research assistant at the UAI Competition Centre and as a reviewing assistant for a FONDEDOC project on artificial intelligence and law.
