Claudia Bosco
is part of the litigation department of LCA Studio Legale and mainly deals with civil, commercial and corporate law, in both judicial and non-litigation matters. She has gained significant experience in civil litigation with particular reference to corporate and commercial disputes. She has provided out-of-court assistance and advice relating to commercial agreements and ordinary companies’ business activity, as well as on corporate governance structures and the management of extraordinary transactions.
