About Benedetto Lonato

Benedetto Lonato is an equity partner at LCA. He joined LCA in 2007 after working at Jacob J. Sapochnick Law Firm in San Diego and a leading Italian law firm. With extensive experience in IPOs and other capital markets transactions, particularly on Borsa Italiana markets, most notably Euronext Growth Milan (formerly AIM), he has advised a broad range of public and private clients across many industries, including technology and digital, industrial, media and advertising, private equity, and financial institutions. Benedetto regularly participates, as a speaker, in seminars and workshops related to capital market topics. He is also a member of the International Bar Association.
