About Giuditta Rege

Giuditta Rege began working at LCA in 2016. Before graduation, Giuditta had worked at the Zabban Notari Rampolla Notary Office. During 2016, Giuditta also did an internship in the legal department of Publicis Groupe (Milan branch), a French multinational company active in the advertising, communication and marketing sectors. Currently a mid-level associate at the firm, Giuditta has gained experience in the equity capital market sector, advising issuers and financial institutions in a number of IPOs, secondary offerings, listings and public tender offers, on Borsa Italiana markets, most notably Euronext Growth Milan. Her activity includes assistance on corporate governance and market regulation.
