About Davide Valli

Davide Valli leads LCA’s banking and finance team and specialises in debt finance, guiding national and international entities. His expertise spans corporate, acquisition, and real estate financing, along with structured finance including RMBS, CMBS, and ABS. As a partner since 2019, Davide brings vast experience from top Italian law firms and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, as well as managing fixed income and securitised products for Lehman Brothers’ London office. He excels in debt-related matters and is actively involved in distressed credits, he navigates NPLs and UTPs investments, playing a key role in debt renegotiation and restructuring. As a Bocconi University Alumni Association member, he maintains strong ties to academia.
